Refund Policy

With everything being made to order/custom to the specific customer we do not offer refunds for product with custom branding. We will make it right and remake the product if necessary but no refunds will be issued. We go to every length possible to ensure a happy customer even provinding a mock up to show you what your product will look like before production. Once production has started or materials ordered a refund will not be possible.
